Registration Packets for the 2017-2018 school year will became available on April 17th. Printed forms are available daily in an enveloped attached to the middle set of doors at the back of the First United Methodist Church of Montevallo. Forms will be available until all classes are filled.
The registration form, emergency contact card and the $50.00 registration fee are due to secure your child’s place in our program. Please see Kristi Deerman to turn in this information and your registration fee.
A current immunization form (Blue Card) and a copy of Birth Certificate will be required when school starts.
A $25.00 materials fee will be due in the month of September. Additional forms and the supply list will be available during our Orientation/Open House.
An Open House for the 2017/2018 school year will be scheduled for late August.
The school calendar will be set following the release of the Shelby County school calendar for the 2017-2018 school year.
